Compliance Team

1. Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations on data protection and customer consent for accessing credit information reports.
• Conduct IT audits and security assessments in line with CISA standards and RBI guidelines for B2B2C fintech client systems.
• Design and implement control measures to manage customer consent in accordance with RBI requirements.
• Ensure fintech clients follow secure processes for customer consent validation and management.
• Monitor data privacy and security controls related to the handling of credit information reports based on customer consent.
• Stay updated with the latest RBI mandates and guidelines for fintech companies accessing credit information.
• Conduct risk assessments on fintech platforms to identify potential security risks with credit information access.
• Act as a liaison with RBI for audits and reporting on compliance and customer consent management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and fintech clients to ensure secure, compliant data access.

1. Year of experience
   1. Relevant experience : In a Fintech or NBFC business for atleast 8-10 years
2. Targeted companies if any : Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs
3. Location : Mumbai
4. Reporting
   1. Dotted line reporting : Compliance [ however she/he may be mapped under maybe Sales to show arm’s length from Compliance ]
5. Qualification : CA – with CISA certification
