Job description

Coordinate with DSHQ team and CMU operation team to ensure implementation of Quality & Food Safety standards and their consistent compliances i.e. HACCP, Traceability, GMP, Regulatory/ Statuary compliances etc.
Ensure all incoming raw and packing materials are from approved vendors and verified against standard specifications.
Conduct in-process Quality checks and finished goods inspection.
Drive a skill & competence building program at the shop floor to achieve consistent shop floor practices.
Responsible for handling various documentation related to Quality & Food Safety.
Ensuring products are complying with Legal Metrology and Food safety standards.
To oversee the overall GMP and to ensure the quality rating of the CMU at the targeted levels.
Responsible for end to end strategizing and maintaining the quality standards by keeping a check on the process, material, timelines etc.
Monitor and control cost variance including material usage variances and wastages.
Supporting various NPD & Trials projects with R&D /site team.
Ensuring products at CMU are being produced as per standard recipe.
Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
Escalating Quality & Food Safety issues with top management.
Conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective and Preventive action plans for shop-floor quality & Food Safety issues and for customer complaints.
