Job description

  • Manage end-to-end field service operations across the assigned territory, ensuring timely complaint resolution and superior customer service.
  • Monitor and drive the performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness of the ASP/SSP service network.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, warranty claim processing, and stock reconciliation in line with company policies.
  • Handle dealer, distributor, and customer escalations while maintaining defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct service audits, market visits, and quality reviews to improve service standards, product performance, and operational excellence.

  • Resolve customer service complaints within the defined TAT and minimize repeat complaints through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and compliance checks for ASPs/SSPs to ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, complete stock reconciliations, and process warranty claims within the prescribed timelines.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (NPS & CSAT), address critical escalations promptly, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform scheduled market visits, submit product quality feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous service improvements.
