Monitor raw material consumption and manage inventory of powder coatings and chemicals.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety and environmental regulations related to powder coating.
Collaborate with quality control and R&D teams to test and validate new coating formulations.
Train production operators on best practices for powder coating application and equipment handling.
Maintain production records, analyze process data, and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
