Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IQC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components through rigorous inspection and testing processes. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and reliability in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct incoming quality inspections of materials and components to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement inspection plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure effective quality control measures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and trends to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Support the identification and resolution of quality-related issues, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to facilitate quality assurance processes and product development initiatives.
- Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality control.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IQC Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools, as well as quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion of incoming quality assessments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
