Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thermal analysis using simulation software to evaluate heat transfer, fluid flow, and thermal management in complex systems.
- Develop and maintain thermal simulation models to predict thermal behavior and guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and materials engineers to identify potential thermal issues and propose effective solutions.
- Validate simulation results through experimental testing and correlation of data to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in thermal management and simulation techniques to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in thermal simulation and analysis, preferably in an engineering or design environment.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of heat transfer principles, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
