Job Title: IPQC Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled IPQC Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards during the manufacturing process. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality assurance procedures.
- Prepare reports on product quality trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IPQC Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
