Job Description:
Eastman is seeking an EL Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Electrolytic (EL) process in the production line. The EL Operator will ensure that all production activities are carried out efficiently and safely, while adhering to company standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include setting up equipment, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the Electrolytic process according to established guidelines.
- Set up and configure machinery and equipment for production.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and participate in maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Technical knowledge of electrolytic processes and systems.
