Job description
Department: Quality
Reports To: Quality Manager / Sr. Quality Engineer
Location: ENEPL Manesar
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
-
Sound knowledge of in-process quality techniques and inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM basics).
-
Understanding of control plans, FMEA, and PPAP documentation.
-
Hands-on experience in problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis).
-
Familiar with ISO/IATF 16949 quality system requirements.
-
Good communication and documentation skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification:
-
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial / Production Engineering.
Experience Required:
-
2–5 years of experience in In-Process Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing or automotive setup.
Additional Information:
-
Shift-based working environment.
-
Exposure to supplier quality and customer complaint handling preferred.
-
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA) will be an advantage.
