As an Engineer in Machine Maintenance at Eastman Green Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of machinery and equipment used in production processes. Your primary duties will include conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. You will work closely with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve efficiency. Additionally, you will document maintenance activities, oversee compliance with safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on machines and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
3. Repair or replace faulty components and machinery parts.
4. Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and equipment status.
6. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
7. Train and guide junior technicians in maintenance practices.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
3. Familiarity with maintenance management software.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
