Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description:
The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes in manufacturing environments to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. The role involves analyzing workflows, equipment, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and ensure the smooth execution of production processes. The Process Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to develop and implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and develop new processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Conduct experiments and gather data to evaluate process performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and monitor results.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Create and present reports on process performance, improvements, and efficiency metrics to management.

Skills Required:

- Project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
