| Objective 1: Improve Field Failure Analysis & Corrective Actions Key Results: Analyse all field warranty cases on time. Close corrective actions within 30 days. Objective 2: Improve Customer Satisfaction (ER & T.T.) Key Results: Resolve customer issues quickly and improve CSI score. Track and reduce repeated customer complaints. Objective 3: Strengthen Field Coordination with Plants & Charging Sites Key Results: Conduct regular reviews with plant and site teams. Share field issues and ensure corrective actions are completed. Objective 4: Monitor and Report Field/Customer Quality Key Results: Prepare monthly field quality reports. Track progress of all actions and improvements. |
