Job Description:
The Electronics Product Quality professional is responsible for ensuring that electronic products meet the established quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves conducting quality assurance assessments, overseeing product testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The position requires a strong understanding of electronic components, manufacturing processes, and industry standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control plans, performing root cause analysis for defects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Electronics Product Quality professional will also be expected to provide training and guidance to team members on quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and protocols for electronic products.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product defects.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and IPC requirements.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and guidelines.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering principles.
- Experience with quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques, such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, and MIL-STD-810.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring product quality and reliability.
