- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, specifically in machine operation or bussing.
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production monitoring.
