Job description

Technical & R&D Support

  • Assist in the design, simulation, and development of grid‑tied and hybrid inverter systems
  • Support power stage design, including DC‑DC converters, DC‑AC inverters, and associated magnetics
  • Assist in developing and validating control algorithms (PLL, MPPT, grid synchronization, islanding detection, battery control)

Testing & Validation

  • Perform functional, electrical, and thermal testing of inverter prototypes
  • Support efficiency, reliability, and stress testing under various grid and load conditions
  • Assist in fault analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis

Embedded & Software Support

  • Assist in embedded firmware development for DSPs / MCUs (TI, Microchip, NXP, Infineon, etc.)
  • Support testing of communication protocols (RS485, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi)
  • Work with HMI, monitoring platforms, and data logging systems

Compliance & Documentation

  • Support compliance testing as per IEC/IEEE standards (IEC 62109, IEC 61727, IEEE 1547, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and design notes
  • Assist in maintaining BOMs, schematics, and design revisions

Learning & Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior R&D engineers and cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, quality, testing)
  • Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities
  • Stay updated on new technologies, grid codes, and renewable energy trends
