Purpose of the Role

The role will be responsible for various quality certifications & security compliance, leading the Quality & Security Manager for proactive audits & compliance in order to mitigate risks, address issues and closure of actions within company guidelines and policies

Job Responsibility

1. Contribution to planning
Provide inputs to IT Strategy for risk mitigation
Update security standards, policies and procedures
Update IT security architecture
Plan quality and security audits

2. Key actions and decisions (Long term and Short term)
Plan and oversee the Security & Quality Compliance initiatives, audits and certifications
Plan and oversee the governance adherence to ensure adequate and timely interaction with various stakeholders
Facilitate quality systems effectiveness for external and internal quality metrics
Oversee TML conformance to quality certifications (ISO 27001, ITIL, BS7799, TBEM, ITUA, Architecture and Green IT etc.)
Oversee TML conformance to security certifications like SSAE, SOX, AUP etc.
Oversee TML Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plan
Oversee the conformance to Security & Quality recommendations in the Enterprise Architecture
Review the OLA’s and Third Party contracts on adherence to TML’s security & quality policy
Maintain reporting on risk performance
Maintain reporting on program assurance report incl. closed audit actions, completed audit response, updated audit log, etc.

3. Nature of problems faced/ Scope of improvement opportunities
Facilitate quality enhancement initiatives and sponsor programs for lean, six sigma, kaizen etc. for TML IT environment
Update security training and documentation
Enhance security awareness by conducting sessions for employees
