As a Risk & Reg - Transaction Monitoring - Crypto - Senior Associate, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will confirm adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks for clients, offering guidance on compliance strategies and helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your work will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy, developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance guidance and solutions
- Managing transaction monitoring processes for cryptocurrency clients to mitigate financial crime risks
- Implementing compliance frameworks and conducting risk assessments to enhance internal controls
- Collaborating with clients to develop strategies for adhering to regulatory requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to governance standards
- Developing and maintaining compliance programs to address anti-money laundering and sanctions requirements
- Leveraging AI-human collaboration to optimize compliance reporting and monitoring activities
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality service
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience in TM Crypto
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
