Key Roles &Responsibilities
Own and drive the enterprise DEI strategy, with strong focus on PwD inclusion Act as subject?matter expert on PwD policies, hiring, workplace accommodations and accessibility Ensure compliance with Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 and related mandates Design and scale PwD hiring, onboarding, retention and infrastructure frameworks Partner with HR, Business Leaders, Facilities, IT and external agencies to embed inclusion Define and track DEI metrics and outcomes; present progress to senior leadership Lead sensitization and capability?building for leaders and managers Represent the organization in external DEI forums, audits, and partnerships
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Post?graduate qualification in Human Resources / Social Sciences / Organizational Development Certifications or formal exposure to DEI / Disability Inclusion will be an added advantage
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills
12–18 years overall HR experience Mandatory 4–5 years of exclusive Diversity / DEI experience, with deep PwD exposure Experience in a similar size or larger organization with credible, measurable DEI outcomes Strong knowledge of Indian government mandates on Diversity & Disability Proven ability to build, scale and institutionalize diversity programs High credibility with senior stakeholders; strong execution orientation
