Karur Vysya Bank is seeking a dedicated MFI-Onsite Monitoring Officer responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines in Microfinance Institutions.
Mfi,Monitoring
1. Daily monitoring of MFI Portfolio, Collection of market intelligence data on the operations of various BCs/MFIs in our command area, Follow-ups with BC Partners/ Branches for recovery of overdue and NP Accounts.
2. Monitoring of opening PMJDY accounts for the JLG members, conducting campaign thru BC to achieving committed target on enrolment of social security schemes namely PMSBY, PMJJBY & APY
3. End to End handling of MFI Micro Insurance, Report submission to Insurance partner, Claim follow-ups till Loan closure.
4. MIS data on MFI exposure & BC related business to RBI/ NABARD / SLBC, Internal departments, Auditors etc.
5. Maintaining SMA/ NPA Position below 1%, Tele calling SMA/ NPA customers centrally and keep MIS on follow-up.
6. Sending Overdue notices /Tele calling SMA/ NPA customers to MFI Borrowers centrally, Keeping track /MIS on overdue follow-ups.
7. Coordinate with nearest BC outlet linked KVB branch, COC for error free opening of Jhan dhan accounts.
8. Visit to BC Outlet points on monthly / Regular intervals for BC training and Field visit.
9. Process adherence to compliance of regulations, statutory & Bank policy guidelines.
10. Implementing the new changes according to the development taking place in the industry.
11. Monitoring of other parameters pertaining to BC/ MFI.
