Job description

Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) as per project requirements
Review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and technical documents
Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with drawings and specifications
Check and approve incoming materials and workmanship quality
Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third parties
Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
Support internal and external quality audits
Monitor testing and commissioning activities
Communicate quality issues with project teams and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and practices
Prepare and update quality control procedures and checklists
Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
Monitor construction activities to maintain required quality standards
Verify calibration of testing equipment and measuring instruments
Conduct material inspections and ensure proper storage and handling
Ensure all work follows approved method statements and safety protocols
Witness site tests (concrete, welding, NDT, etc.) and validate results
Coordinate with procurement to ensure quality of supplied materials
Track quality performance metrics and suggest improvements
Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Ensure proper documentation for handover and project close-out
Participate in risk assessments related to quality issues
Train site staff and subcontractors on quality standards and procedures
