M365 Engineer

The role of M365 Lead is to support the IT Workplace M365 skill sets, Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM & Intune, in accordance with Service Levels. The scope encompasses, but may not be limited to, M365 (Exchange on prem/online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, DNS, File & Print, ADFS and AADC, TrendMicro antivirus, Citrix, Intune Azure)

He / She will be ensuring tasks/report incident are completed/resolved within the SLA. Attend customer’s meeting on IT Infra Workplace services primarily on technical related matters.

Role

1. Perform day to day technical task/activities and troubleshooting

2. Manage system changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.

3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties and management.

4. Monitor and adhere to the agreed service levels, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.

5. ITIL Foundation certified, familiar with ISO 9001/27001 and participated in system audits.

6. Ensure systems always comply with security policies, including vulnerability assessment, patching, and hardening.

7. Lead team members to identify, research, and resolve technical problems

8. Regular 8x5 support but required to be on standby for 7x24 support. Expected to work during off-peak hours on system activities

9. 8-12 years’ experience in M365 (On prem exchange/online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, DNS, Citrix, Azure AD and PowerShell scripting.

10. Knowledge of Intune, proxy technologies.

11. Basic Investigation, Generating Reports, Server Health check, issue Troubleshooting, RCA, SOP, KM documents.
