Key Skills: Technical Skills Required Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., ELK, AWS CloudWatch) Understanding of Linux/Unix commands Basic knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting Experience with API gateways (e.g., Apigee) is a plus Exposure to cloud/container platforms (OCP, Docker/Podman) is an advantage Exposure to AI knowledge like Agentic AI, RAG pipeline, Frameworks line TensorFlow, Langchain etc and language like Python is a BIG plus too as it will help in automating operations to achieve AI Ops Operational Skills Incident, problem, and change management Ability to handle production support in shifts/on-call Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder coordination
