NEWTON SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY
SDE + Associate Instructor — DSA & Competitive Programming
Full-Time · Onsite · Bengaluru / Sonipat / Pune
About Us
Newton School of Technology is on a mission to redefine tech education in India. Backed by global investors (RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, Kunal Shah, and more), we are building a tech institute to solve the employability gap for millions of graduates. Through our campuses at Rishihood University (Sonipat), Ajeenkya DY Patil University (Pune), and S-VYASA University (Bengaluru), we are creating the next generation of industry-ready tech leaders.
About the Role
We are looking for a DSA & Competitive Programming Instructor (SDE + Associate Instructor) who lives and breathes problem-solving. This is a full-time, onsite role — not part-time and not online — based at one of our Bengaluru, Sonipat, or Pune campuses. You will spend your days coaching students to think like competitive programmers and build like software engineers. If you are equally passionate about cracking hard algorithmic problems and helping others learn to do the same, this role is for you.
Who You'll Work With
You will join an elite team of problem-solvers and work directly alongside Deepak Kumar Gour and Ashwin Krishnamoorthy, both ICPC World Finalists, learning from some of the sharpest competitive programming and engineering minds in the country. Together, you will set the standard for how DSA and competitive programming are taught in India.
About Go for Gold
The Go for Gold program at Newton School of Technology is designed to build India's next generation of elite competitive programmers and software engineers. Students receive rigorous coaching in Data Structures & Algorithms, Competitive Programming, and problem-solving to excel in ICPC, Codeforces, AtCoder, CodeChef, internships, and top product companies.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys solving difficult algorithmic problems and helping others become exceptional problem solvers.
