Your Role and Impact
R Systems is looking for a proficient Django Engineer to lead our development team in building robust, scalable frameworks. You will play a vital role in shaping our product strategies and driving technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications using the Django framework and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize existing applications for speed and scalability while maintaining code quality.
- Lead technical discussions and code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, implementing sustainable fixes.
- Stay updated with industry trends to keep our technology stack modern and efficient.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
- Proficiency in web technologies, database management, and RESTful API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaborative communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical architecture sessions.
