• Responsible for preparation of Proposal layouts, General Arrangement layouts, and Foundation layouts ensuring timely release of layouts to Marketing and maintaining records for its release.
• Responsible for preparation and timely release of Project BOMs to internal departments based on customer scope of supply sheet.

Role

• Understanding requirements from Marketing and providing proposal layouts accordingly
• Review of Scope of supply sheets and attaining clarifications if any from Marketing
• Preparation and timely release of General Arrangement layouts, and Foundation layouts as per scope of supply
• Preparation and maintaining database for all layouts released
• Preparation, timely release and maintaining database of Project BOM to internal department based on scope of supply Preparation of overall equipment pneumatic circuit drawing based on scope of supply
• Checking with 3D model for new / special requirements during preparation of layouts
• Technical support to marketing / Service.
• Co-ordination with Planning, Commercial and other inter departments
• Sequencing of tasks as per requirement to meet the commitment.
