Job Summary

Design and development of Hydraulic Circuit / System for Construction or Concrete equipment.
Design of Construction or Concrete Hydraulics System by engineering calculation, Selection of OEM parts, Creation of 3D models, 2D drawings in Solid Edge software.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

Calculations for the design of Hydraulics system & Component selection for Construction, Mining & Concrete machinery.
Design of hydraulic system integration.
Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements
Design calculation as per Indian & European standards
Selection of OEM components.
Preparation of 3D models and release of 2D drawing for manufacturing
Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors & suppliers.
Resolving fields failures
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.

Must have Skills

Calculations for the design of Hydraulics system & Component selection for Construction, Mining & Concrete machinery.
Preparation of 3D models and release of drawing for manufacturing in “Solid Edge” software.
Design of hydraulic system integration.
Design calculation as per Indian standards
Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements

Nice to have Skills

Interpretation of hydraulic test result data.
Resolving fields failures
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.

General Activities

Activities specified as part of the KPIs with relevant targets and weightages shall be performed and recorded on OPEL tool/data sources connected to the KPIs periodically.
Any other activities unspecified and which is not part of the above list shall be performed as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Education/Qualification

Graduation / Post Graduation in the Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
