Job Summary

Design & development of Vehicle Integration Design for New Construction or Concrete Equipment.
Vehicle Design integration of steel structures, hydraulic, drivetrain integration, sheet metal etc.
Technical calculation and kinematic analysis calculation.
Development of 3D models, 2D Drawing in Solid Edge.
Project Plan & Monitoring for Vehicle level design.
Hand calculation for vehicle stability and vehicle dynamics.

Role

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

Preparation of 3D models and release of 2D drawings for manufacturing
Calculations for the design of vehicle load, stability etc.
Design of weld connections.
Selection of materials.
Resolving fields failures
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.

Must have Skills

Design of steel structures like Base frames, Boom Structure, Main Structure, Construction or Concrete equipment
Design Integration of Structure parts, Hydraulics Parts, Sheet Metal parts, Sheet Metal, Operator Cabin and professional experience in vehicle integration engineering.
Vehicle level dynamic & stability design calculations as per Indian or international standard.
3D modelling and 2D drafting in Solid Edge.
Good Knowledge of structure integration design, sheet metal & hydraulic assembly and cabin integration design.
Design of weld structure, sheet metal and components.
Resolving fields failures and manufacturing issues.

Nice to have Skills

Manufacturing process knowledge.
GD&T exposure for making drawings and stack up tolerance calculations.
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop floor and Testing.

General Activities

Activities specified as part of the KPIs with relevant targets and weightages shall be performed and recorded on OPEL tool/data sources connected to the KPIs periodically.
Any other activities unspecified and which is not part of the above list shall be performed as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
