Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Engineer / Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support our engineering processes and product functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Software Development:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications for construction and material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. System Design and Architecture:
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions to create scalable and efficient software systems.
- Develop architecture diagrams and documentation to guide implementation and future development.
3. Coding and Implementation:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
- Utilize modern programming languages and frameworks to enhance software performance.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing and integrate testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with QA teams to improve software defect resolution processes and ensure robust product quality.
5. Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including user manuals and technical documentation.
- Document code changes, architecture decisions, and processes to support continuous improvement.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to align software development with business goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on ongoing projects and addressing any challenges encountered.
7. Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely solutions and support to end-users.
- Implement software updates and enhancements based on user feedback and changing requirements.
8. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance skill sets and apply new knowledge to projects.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to improve both technical and soft skills.
9. Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables to team leads and management.
10. Compliance and Security:
- Adhere to software development best practices, security standards, and company policies to ensure compliance and data protection.
