Job description
A strong candidate with required skillset (managed large programme’s in the capacity of Programme Manager) is critical for the project.
• Experience in developing business cases, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for meetings and events being undertaken.
• Should have delivered projects with medium complexity and scope.
• Strong relationship management and program / change / project management skills.
• Lead business Change Investment prioritization and planning for the years ahead, in alignment with business or workstream strategy.
The BA will support operating model transformation by documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points, and defining future-state operational processes for the Commercial Cards re-platforming program.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct AS-IS operational process analysis across functions and regions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and pain points.
• Support future-state process design and operational transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with operations teams and business stakeholders.
• Define business requirements and operational capabilities.
• Support operating model design and process optimization activities.
• Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to implement target-state solutions.
• Support implementation, testing, and transition activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• 7–11 years of BA experience within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong background in Banking Operations Business Analysis.
• Experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and operational transformation.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and future-state solutioning.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience documenting business processes and operating procedures.
Preferred Skills
• Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Lending, or Cards Operations experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of target operating model concepts.
