We’re looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer to join a meaningful internal strategic initiative and to contribute to solving complex AI/ML problems for our clients.

We are looking for an Architect / Sr. Architect – GenAI & AI Platforms, to lead the design and development of a strategic enterprise AI platform. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, including founders, to define the platform vision and architect scalable, production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs and modern AI technologies. You'll be working closely with senior leadership, including one of our founders, to help build an innovative enterprise platform for the organization. This platform will act as a digital twin of our existing systems-an intelligent bot/ Platform that provides real-time insights on what needs to be done and how to do it.

1. Define & Architect AI Platforms

• Lead the architecture of an enterprise-grade AI platform (digital twin) integrating multiple data and system layers
• Design scalable, modular, and extensible system architectures for GenAI-powered applications
• Make key design decisions across model selection, orchestration, data flows, and system integration

2. Build Intelligent GenAI Systems

• Architect LLM-powered systems including copilots, decision-support systems, and agentic workflows
• Define patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context management, and reasoning pipelines
• Enable real-time intelligence and actionability through AI-driven insights

3. Drive Engineering Excellence & Scale

• Establish best practices for system design, code quality, and platform reliability
• Oversee development of high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs
• Ensure robust deployment architectures across cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

4. Integrate Across Enterprise Ecosystems

• Lead integration of AI platform with existing enterprise systems and data pipelines
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in production environments
• Design microservices-based architectures for seamless interoperability

5. Lead, Mentor & Influence

• Work closely with leadership to translate strategic vision into execution.
• Mentor engineering teams and guide technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Contribute to building reusable accelerators and internal AI platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand the vision, scope, and requirements for the enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Lead and mentor teams while effectively managing relationships with customer stakeholders, driving projects from concept to delivery.
• Architect and design a smart, AI-driven platform that provides real-time intelligence to guide and optimize projects.
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies like LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI to build transformative, innovative tools.
• Oversee the integration of the platform with existing organizational systems, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Drive the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software architectures.
• Conducting peer reviews, setting standards for code quality and best practices across teams.

What do we expect?

Key skills

• Overall, 7.5+ to 13 years of experience with relevant experience in MLE/MLOps/AI Engg.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable AI/ML systems.
• Experience in leading a team as well as handling customer stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in working with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures(Azure, AWS, GCP) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Python frameworks (such as Django/Flask) or other similar technologies.
• In-depth understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and lead projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional groups.
• Passion for innovation, with the ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve complex challenges.
