About the Role

Trinamix is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration Planning Consultant with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle SCM Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Supply Chain Collaboration, Supply Planning, Supplier Collaboration, and end-to-end SCM planning processes along with proven implementation experience in Oracle Cloud SCM projects.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, supply chain process expertise, and the ability to drive enterprise-scale Oracle SCM transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration Planning solutions


• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to gather business requirements


• Configure and support Supply Chain Collaboration Planning and related Oracle SCM modules


• Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities


• Manage supplier collaboration, supply visibility, planning collaboration, and exception management processes


• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Inventory teams for cross-functional integrations


• Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and client discussions


• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide process optimization recommendations


• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios


• Support supply chain transformation and planning automation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Planning solutions


• Strong implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration Planning

• Exposure to Oracle Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules


• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools


• Knowledge of planning analytics and automation processes


• Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies


• Exposure to global supply chain transformation programs
