Job Description:
As an Oracle Cloud Costing & Manufacturing Consultant at Trinamix, you will play a critical role in providing innovative solutions and expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, specifically within the costing and manufacturing domains. You will engage with clients to understand their business processes, identify challenges, and design effective solutions that leverage Oracle’s cloud technology to optimize operations and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, conducting training sessions, and supporting clients during the transition to cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for maximizing the use of Oracle Cloud Costing and Manufacturing modules.
- Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business needs and develop functional designs.
- Lead implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, perform gap analyses, and ensure alignment of business processes with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues related to costing and manufacturing applications and provide effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud features and industry best practices to provide strategic advice to clients.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Costing and Manufacturing modules.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation or consulting.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs.
- Knowledge of integration points within Oracle Cloud and other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Oracle certifications, especially in Oracle Cloud applications, are a plus.

The team focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud implementations and support. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that cater to diverse client needs in the manufacturing sector.
You are Responsible for:
Conducting detailed analyses of client business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Designing and configuring Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific client requirements related to costing and manufacturing. Developing training materials and providing training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, specifically related to costing and manufacturing. Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members. A background in manufacturing processes and a solid understanding of financial principles related to costing. Certifications in Oracle Cloud solutions are preferred.
