We are seeking a seasoned and strategic QA delivery Manager to lead advisory and delivery initiatives for enterprise clients. With a strong background in Java-based automation, Qualitia(Test automation tool), API/UI test strategy, and test optimization, this role serves as a trusted advisor and delivery lead, helping organizations enhance software quality while reducing testing effort and timelines.

You will work closely with QA leads, automation engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners to unlock the full potential of automation frameworks, especially Qualitia, and ensure test strategies are business-aligned, technically sound, and outcome-driven.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients for adopting and optimizing automation strategies.
• Conduct tailored onboarding, best practice workshops, and automation health checks.
• Recommend best-fit test frameworks, CI/CD strategies, test data approaches, and reusable solution playbooks.
• Evaluate and improve client test strategies, frameworks, and test environments for ROI, coverage, and quality.

Test Delivery & Efficiency Leadership

• Drive test automation and delivery transformation using Qualitia and custom Java frameworks.
• Design and implement efficient test suites across UI (ReactJS, AngularJS, Shadow DOM) and API layers (REST, GraphQL, Salesforce APIs including SOQL/Bulk).
• Support teams in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Own test planning, execution governance, and impact-based reporting aligned with project objectives.

Quality Optimization & Metrics

• Identify and resolve current testing inefficiencies and limitations.
• Deliver data-driven quality insights with a focus on minimizing defect leakage (<0.1%) and effort duplication.
• Align test activities with business risk, timelines, and feature criticality using risk-based test planning.
• Enable automation ROI measurement, timeline reduction, and improved stakeholder trust in quality indicators.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Lead regular strategic check-ins (QBRs, demos, retrospectives) with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports with business-aligned KPIs.
• Collaborate with product management, customer success, and engineering teams to influence platform roadmap with customer feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in QA automation, delivery, and consulting.
• Strong hands-on automation experience in Java, Qualitia, and popular test frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Proficient in API automation (REST, GraphQL, SOQL, Bulk APIs) and UI testing (ReactJS, AngularJS, Shadow DOM).
• Good understanding of Salesforce internals (Lightning, Apex) – nice to have.
• Experience designing or advising test automation architecture for large-scale systems.
• Strong exposure to DevOps/CI-CD tooling – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills – able to bridge business and technical goals.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and quality-driven delivery principles.
