Job description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage our IT assets, employee onboarding/offboarding and device management (MDM) across our Mac, IOS , Android and Windows fleet.

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Fixed Assets (FA)

• Maintain the IT fixed asset register (laptops, monitors, accessories, peripherals)

• Track asset allocation, returns, transfers, repairs and disposal

• Support/audit with asset reconciliation and reports

2. Asset Management

• FA Manage, configure and issue devices to employees

• warranty and repairs

• Keep inventory and stock of spare devices up to date

3. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Create user accounts (Jumpcloud, SSO, Slack and other tools) on Day 1

• Prepare and hand over laptops with required apps and security agents installed

• collect assets and wipe/reassign devices on exit

• Follow onboarding/offboarding checklists and keep records for audit

4. JumpCloud Administration (MDM & Directory)

• Enroll and manage devices in JumpCloud

• Manage users, groups, policies and software deployment

• Run and monitor commands/scripts across the device fleet

• Ensure devices meet security policies (FileVault/BitLocker, OS updates, password policy, security agents)

5. IT Support

• First-level support for hardware, software, network and access issues

• Handle helpdesk tickets and resolve them within SLA

• Support remote users and remote offices

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support / system administration

• Hands-on experience with any MDM tool (JumpCloud preferred)

• Good knowledge of macOS and Windows administration

• Experience with the Jumpcloud Admin console

• Experience in IT asset management and onboarding/offboarding processes

• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

• Good communication and documentation skills
