About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) or Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to lead end-to-end deployments of cutting-edge AI and LLM-powered solutions for strategic enterprise customers.

In this role, you will partner directly with customer engineering and business teams to design, build, deploy, and scale production-ready systems. You'll own the complete deployment lifecycle from discovery and technical scoping through production rollout while collaborating closely with Product, Research, Security, Partnerships, GRC, and GTM teams.

Success in this role is measured by customer adoption, measurable business impact, and valuable product feedback that helps shape future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple customer deployments.
Own solution discovery, technical scoping, architecture, implementation, and production rollout.
Design and develop full-stack applications that deliver measurable customer value.
Work closely with customer engineering and business teams to understand requirements and drive successful adoption.
Plan project milestones, prioritize deliverables, and proactively remove execution blockers.
Balance scope, quality, and delivery timelines while making sound technical decisions.
Contribute hands-on to both frontend and backend development whenever required.
Create reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, and deployment best practices.
Share customer insights and field feedback to improve AI models and product capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Security, Partnerships, GRC, and GTM teams.
Ensure successful production deployment and continuous improvement of customer solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing responsibilities.
Strong experience delivering complex software systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent programming languages.
Experience building full-stack production applications.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
Strong understanding of AI model behavior and its impact on user experience.
Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to identify risks early and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
