Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions from strategy through adoption.
• Drive release planning, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of AI products and platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.
• Define clear functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business objectives and outcomes.
• Ensure data readiness, governance, quality, accessibility, and operational scalability for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, cloud, and operations teams to optimize model performance.
• Establish responsible Artificial Intelligence practices, security controls, compliance standards, and risk management processes.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and vendor relationships across initiatives.
• Provide executive-level communication, status updates, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster excellence in AI solution delivery and operational execution.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years technology solution delivery experience
• AI/GenAI and enterprise platform delivery
• Program and stakeholder management
• Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps experience
• Enterprise governance and compliance understanding
• Cross-functional leadership capabilities
