Job Summary
SPA Enterprise Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst to support business and technology initiatives through requirements analysis, system evaluation, and technical documentation. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze system needs, support solution design, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders to understand system needs and propose solutions.
Assist in system analysis, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Support application development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirements documents, workflows, use cases, and technical reports.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Support change management activities related to system enhancements and upgrades.
Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with business users and technical teams.
Ability to document technical and functional requirements clearly and accurately.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Basic understanding of databases, applications, and enterprise systems.
Experience with requirement-gathering tools and documentation standards.
