Job Title: Azure Agentic Developer(Semantic Kernel)
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Azure Developer with 5+ years of experience and strong hands-on Python expertise, specializing in Agentic AI development using the Semantic Kernel framework. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents on Microsoft Azure, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop agentic AI solutions using Semantic Kernel (SK) on Azure
Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and tool execution
Develop backend services and AI workflows using Python
Integrate Azure OpenAI models with Semantic Kernel for enterprise-grade applications
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Azure-native services
Develop and expose REST APIs using Azure Functions / App Services
Integrate AI agents with databases, APIs, and third-party tools
Implement secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions on Azure
Follow Responsible AI, security, and compliance best practices
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and cloud architecture
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of overall software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Proven experience in Agentic Development using Semantic Kernel
Experience working with Azure OpenAI (GPT-4 / GPT-4o / GPT-4.1)
Solid understanding of LLM orchestration, tools, plugins, and memory in SK
Experience with Azure services, including:
Azure Functions
Azure App Service
Azure Storage
Azure Cognitive Search
Azure Cosmos DB / Azure SQL
Experience implementing RAG architectures
API development and integration experience
Knowledge of Azure AD, Managed Identity, and cloud security basics
