Oracle Cloud Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations
Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration
Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Cloud Fusion modules
Design and develop:
- Integrations (OIC / REST / SOAP)
- Reports (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Extensions using Groovy, SQL, PL/SQL
Customize Oracle Fusion using:
- Application Composer
- Page Composer
- Sandbox
Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
Ensure adherence to Oracle and TCS delivery and security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP / HCM / SCM, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion
Techno-functional expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence)
- SCM (OM, Procurement, Inventory)
Strong experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST & SOAP web services
Hands-on knowledge of:
- OTBI & BI Publisher reports
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Groovy scripting
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
