Job Description: AI/ML Engineer
Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in model development, data pipelines, and production deployment of AI/ML systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models
Work with structured and unstructured data for feature engineering and model building
Implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and inference
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Deploy ML models into production using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams
Monitor model performance, retrain models, and handle model drift
Document model design, assumptions, and results clearly
Follow best practices for ML lifecycle management and MLOps
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Python for ML/AI development
Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, ensemble methods)
Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
Experience with NLP / Computer Vision / Recommendation Systems (any one or more)
Proficiency in data processing using Pandas, NumPy, SQL
Experience deploying models using REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good to Have
Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Databricks)
Exposure to model monitoring and explainability tools
Experience in production-scale AI systems
