Job Description – Golang Developer
Role: Golang Developer
Experience: 4–10 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata
Key Technical Competencies
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in Go/Golang programming
Hands-on experience in building real-world production services using Golang
Strong experience in backend and end-to-end server-side development
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance systems
Ability to lead system design and architecture discussions
Strong knowledge of Go best practices, concurrency patterns, and performance optimization
Experience in building low-latency, high-throughput applications
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps)
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
Experience in code reviews, mentoring, and ensuring code quality
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and design fault-tolerant solutions
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot Microservices, and Spring Cloud Stream
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and services
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang
Lead architecture and system design discussions for new and existing services
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end features
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
Contribute to process improvements, automation, and CI/CD enhancements
