Job Description – Genesys Cloud Consultant
Role: Genesys Cloud Consultant
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) and related integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) solutions
Manage inbound and outbound call flows, IVR, ACD, and routing strategies
Configure Architect flows, queues, skills, and user management
Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications (CRM, APIs, etc.)
Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning
Support production issues and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Ensure best practices in deployment, security, and scalability
Required Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform
Hands-on experience with Architect, IVR flows, call routing, and ACD
Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and integrations
Experience with Omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, email)
Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, VoIP, call flows)
Familiarity with reporting & analytics in Genesys Cloud
