Job Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including API development, asynchronous programming, and solid software engineering fundamentals.
1–3 years of experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) or Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph for building chains, agents, and stateful workflows.
Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms, including:
Google Vertex AI (Models, Vector Search, Embeddings, Pipelines)
Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo, Assistants API, Embeddings)
Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, multi-step reasoning agents, tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.
Experience working with vector databases such as PGVector or MongoDB.
Understanding of end-to-end GenAI workflows, including:
Ingestion → Chunking → Embedding → Retrieval → Inference.
Proven experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
Knowledge of secure AI deployment patterns, including authentication, authorization, access control, and AI safety best practices.
Understanding of embeddings, transformer-based models, and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience evaluating LLM outputs using metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, RAGAS, and LLM-as-judge evaluation approaches.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud-native deployment architectures.
Exposure to MLOps and orchestration tools such as:
Prefect
Azure Data Factory
Apache Airflow
Prompt testing or model validation frameworks
Strong debugging and analytical skills with an ownership-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop GenAI and LLM-powered backend services using Python.
Build scalable RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval logic, and inference layers.
Implement multi-step agent workflows, tool-calling logic, and structured reasoning flows using LangChain or LangGraph.
Integrate enterprise solutions with Google Vertex AI or Azure OpenAI Service for model serving, embeddings, and vector search capabilities.
Implement and manage vector database integrations using PGVector or MongoDB for high-performance semantic retrieval.
Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask to expose LLM and GenAI services.
Apply secure deployment and governance patterns to ensure safe, responsible, and compliant use of AI systems.
Develop unit tests, evaluation scripts, and automated validation pipelines to measure LLM response quality.
Containerize AI services using Docker and manage deployments across Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD workflows for LLM applications, enabling continuous updates, versioning, and automation.
Collaborate with distributed and nearshore technical teams for requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery execution.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering pipelines, prompts, workflows, architecture decisions, and system configurations.
