Job Summary

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Journey & DevOps Platform Lead with 15+ years of experience in technology, product ecosystems, platform engineering, and DevOps transformation. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across enterprise products, platforms, and digital services while ensuring seamless integration between business outcomes and technology delivery. This role requires deep expertise in customer experience analysis, product lifecycle management, platform architecture, and DevOps toolchains. The candidate will collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to identify customer pain points, streamline delivery processes, and drive continuous improvement. They will champion customer-centric design principles, platform observability, automation, and value-stream optimization to enhance product adoption, stability, and scalability while aligning technology investments with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis and mapping of end-to-end customer journeys across products, services, and platforms to identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer experience. Drive collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams to align technology solutions with customer needs and organizational goals. Establish and manage DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and reliability engineering. Define and track key customer, operational, and platform performance metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas. Lead value stream mapping initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks across software delivery processes. Provide strategic guidance on platform modernization, cloud adoption, observability, and automation strategies. Mentor senior technical teams and influence enterprise stakeholders on customer-centric decision making. Ensure governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence across product and platform environments while driving innovation and continuous delivery practices.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, service design, product lifecycle management, digital transformation, and platform engineering. Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, Agile frameworks, and modern software delivery practices. Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling including Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, Harness, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native services. Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, release orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code solutions. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Experience with observability tools including Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or Datadog. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate customer insights into technology solutions. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, platform modernization programs, and cross-functional teams in complex global environments.

Other Requirements

Other Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, DevOps, Agile, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture will be advantageous. Proven leadership experience managing diverse, geographically distributed teams and influencing executive stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, risk management, and enterprise operating models. Experience working within highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Telecommunications is desirable. Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities, complex programs, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Must possess a strategic mindset combined with operational excellence, customer focus, and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
