KR2: Ensure zero production loss due to avoidable planning or execution gaps. KR3: Maintain 100% shift handover accuracy and production reporting. KR4: Resolve ≥ 95% shift issues within the same shift. |

KR2: Reduce cycle time by 8–12% through line balancing and work optimization. KR3: Eliminate top 3 bottlenecks identified each quarter. KR4: Implement minimum 2 productivity improvement actions per quarter. |
