Job Description:
The TRC Sr. Engineer/Engineer will play a key role in the Research and Development department, focusing on the testing and certification of electric vehicle components. The individual will be responsible for designing experiments, conducting tests, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability, and will be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the development process. The role may also involve supervising junior engineers and guiding their work to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans and protocols for various electric vehicle components.
- Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports, including recommendations for design improvements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with testing requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions to enhance product performance.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and regulatory requirements in electric vehicle components.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Participate in product certification processes and liaise with external certification bodies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technologies and components.
- Proven experience in testing and validation processes within the automotive industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools for simulation and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Tools and Technologies:
