Job Title: Full Stack Lead (Python)

We are expanding our Hyderabad engineering team with experienced technical leaders who can drive scalable architecture, deliver high-quality full-stack solutions, and mentor young engineers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead (Python) who can architect, design, and deliver complex, cloud-native applications using modern backend and frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, React/Angular, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines — along with the ability to lead a team of engineers.
As a Full Stack Lead, you will drive technical decisions, oversee end-to-end delivery, and collaborate closely with product, DevOps, cloud, and AI teams to build enterprise-grade digital and AI-enabled platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers (junior to mid-level).
Drive architecture, design, and technical decision-making for complex modules.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

Backend (Python)

Architect and develop scalable backend services using Django / FastAPI / Flask.
Design and build microservices and high-performance API ecosystems.
Implement API security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth/JWT).

Frontend

Lead development of responsive, modular UIs using React.js or Angular.
Ensure frontend code quality, performance optimization, and UI/UX alignment.

Database & Integration

Design data models and work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal AI/ML modules.

DevOps & Cloud

Oversee deployments using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Ensure application scalability, observability, and reliability.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Product.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and engineering tasks.
Own end-to-end delivery, sprint planning, and development workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

5–10 years of hands-on Python full-stack development experience.
Strong command over Python web frameworks — Django/FastAPI/Flask.
Frontend expertise with React.js or Angular.
Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks.
Expertise in API development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments.

Leadership

Experience leading small to medium engineering teams.
Strong architecture, design, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to guide technical discussions, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with Kubernetes or large-scale distributed systems.
Exposure to AI/ML models, vector databases, or AI integrations (preferred).
Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, and scalability.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
