We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Practice Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, training, and continuous optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across call Oracle HCM Cloud client engagements.

Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership & Strategy

Provide strategic leadership for the Oracle HCM Cloud practice by defining the solution roadmap, delivery frameworks, governance structures, and best‑practice standards.

Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Onboarding/Offboarding.

Support practice expansion by driving solution architecture, pre‑sales activities, effort estimation, proposal development, and client-facing presentations.

Build, refine, and continuously enhance implementation methodologies, reusable templates, tools, and accelerators to strengthen delivery excellence.

Deliver regular account updates to management that highlight key outcomes, progress achieved, metric analyses, and any emerging issues or concerns.

Manage multiple, concurrent client relationships

Oracle HCM Cloud Solution & Delivery

Lead and manage complete Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, including enhancements, optimizations, and ongoing support engagements.

Oversee the successful configuration and rollout of end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and statutory compliance.

Provide architectural expertise covering integrations, security design, roles and privileges, approval workflows, and reporting frameworks.

Conduct thorough reviews and validations of system configurations to ensure alignment with legal requirements, audit standards, and client‑specific business needs.

Responsible for managing and leading the Oracle HCM Cloud team to deliver end-to-end implementations, including planning Workshops, UAT, production deployments, and post–go-live support.

Guide and oversee the team in Requirement traceability matrix, defect troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.

Manage team-led Oracle quarterly release impact analysis, coordinating testing and system updates.

Responsible for team-managed and act as the primary escalation point and SME, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead, mentor, and upskill Oracle HCM consultants.

Define role responsibilities, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery quality.

Provide functional training, system guidance, and ongoing SME support.
