ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in both React.js and Flutter. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing user-facing applications across web and mobile platforms. As an SDE 2, you will not only contribute to the development process but also mentor junior engineers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices in frontend development.

Work closely with senior engineers, UX designers and product managers to develop friendly UI experiences.
Work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design.
Develop/maintain operational rigor for the frontend of a fast-growing Blitz tech stack.
Engage with customers and other partners.
Build highly scalable, maintainable and user friendly web app and mobile app
Help with hiring and mentoring.
Take user-facing features from design to implementation, coding both the UI and backend functionality.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in building mobile or cross platform applications using Flutter/Kotlin/Swift/React Native.
Proficiency in developing frontend software, with deep experience in one or more relevant frontend MVC/MVVM frameworks, UI unit testing.
2+ years of experience in multi-tier mobile/app architecture with knowledge of native/cross-platform app development.
Excellent knowledge of design principles of components, store and state management
Strong Computer Science fundamentals (such as data structures, algorithms, architecture, OO design)
Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
