Who You Are:

You build effective partnerships and collaborate across teams to accomplish shared objectives. You consistently apply analytical thinking to evaluate complex situations and develop practical, high-quality solutions. You adapt your approach as priorities evolve and remain focused on delivering results while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence. You actively seek opportunities to learn new technologies, improve processes, and contribute innovative ideas that enhance product performance and customer value.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in embedded firmware development with the ability to understand hardware architecture and work closely with hardware engineering teams.
  • Strong proficiency in C and/or C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Experience developing firmware in RTOS-based environments with a solid understanding of real-time operating system concepts.
  • Understanding of 16-bit and/or 32-bit microcontrollers, microprocessors, peripherals, and embedded architectures.
  • Experience with low-level firmware development for interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, DDR, I2C, SPI, UART, display systems, or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP-based communication protocols and embedded device networking.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting products throughout the full product development lifecycle.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work within cross-functional and global engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, HART, or Bluetooth.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity-focused product development practices, including IEC 62443 principles.
  • Experience developing firmware for motor control applications or actuator-based products.
  • Exposure to electric actuators or industrial automation products.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience using industry-standard tools for source control, requirements management, defect tracking, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Experience contributing to complete product designs from concept through production release.
